    Auto Parts Ocean (AutoPartsOcean.com) is a trade name (DBA) of Viom Global Inc, a subsidiary of Revenue Dealer Martech Private Limited. Auto Parts Ocean is a marketplace that connects customers with third-party auto parts suppliers and does not process payments directly.

    Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled immediately after they are placed. Once a supplier has begun fulfillment or shipment of your order, a cancellation request may no longer be accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can relay the request to the supplier.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    • Report any damaged or defective item within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation.
    • If a product does not match its description, notify us on the same day you receive it to remain eligible for review.
    • Reports made after these windows may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
    • Manufacturer-warranted items may require you to contact the manufacturer directly.
