    1. What is the process for making a purchase?

    To place an order, you can either call our sales team at +1-888-819-5651 or soon you can place an order online on our website (our website will shortly feature online ordering). We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card, as well as cashier's checks and money orders by mail. Please keep in mind that cashier's checks and money orders take longer to obtain and that after we receive the cashier's check or money order, we will contact you to verify your order and ship it out as per our delivery commitment.

    2. Is financing an option that is available through your company?

    At the moment, we don't offer financing options. However, you can reserve a part by paying 20% of the total order cost and we will hold the part for you for 30 days. We will not sell the part to anyone else during that time and it will be reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance must be paid before the part is dispatched.

    3. Is it possible for me to come and collect my auto parts in person?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a pickup option as our inventory is dispersed from multiple supplier locations. However, all orders placed within the United States come with free shipping.

    4. What components are included with a used engine when I place an order?

    The engine assembly that will be received will include the main internal parts, such as the block, head, piston, camshaft, and crankshaft, as well as other components. Additional parts, such as change-over accessories and items that may show wear and tear, may also be included but will not be covered by warranty and will not be charged for.

    5. When can I expect to receive the order?

    Generally, orders are delivered within a timeframe of 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). However, in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay in the delivery.

    6. Is delivery to a residential address possible?

    We offer free shipping for both residential and business addresses. However, an additional fee of $100 will be charged if a forklift is needed for delivery.

    7. What should I do if the merchandise I receive is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

    Auto Parts Ocean Inc. offers a 90-day return and refund guarantee for all orders. Shipping costs for returns that are covered by warranty will be covered by Auto Parts Ocean Inc. For more information, please refer to our “Returns and Refund” page.

    8. Are all used engines and transmissions sold by you covered by a warranty?

    9. What is the process for handling engine or transmission failure?

    If you experience a problem with an engine or transmission purchased from Auto Parts Ocean Inc, please reach out to us. We will work with you or the auto shop to resolve the issue while the part is still installed in the vehicle. Our team is skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting to save time and money.     10. Is delivery to locations outside the United States available?

    Free shipping is only available within the 48 Continental United States. However, it is possible to arrange delivery to locations outside of the USA on special request, with additional shipping charges.
